Why Mobile? | History | Leadership | Press
There is a lack of research on Mobile Health Clinics. Despite substantial contributions made by mobile health programs, evaluating the efficacy of such programs has traditionally been difficult. There has been a lack of resources, awareness and advocacy for research in this field.
The time is now. We are at an important crossroads. Leaders of government and the healthcare industry are seeking ways to enhance access to services and improve the cost-effectiveness of those services.
Mobile Health Clinics are a key part of the solution. The Mobile Health Map project seeks to ensure that Mobile Health Clinics around the country have the data they need to demonstrate their impact and advocate for support.
